We can convince all teachers everywhere not to use corporal punishment to encourage learning by showing them collected statistics of how a child learns when in a safe environment verses a harmful one. We could talk to them about how constant fear of being hit would affect the child’s focus and concentration.
Also ask them how they felt after they were punished as children, and of they feel it achieved the purpose on a long term
They can only be convinced by understanding what it does to children, the reaserch into the impact, as well as taking them through a process of understanging what it is they want to achieve through purnishment and seeing how this cannot be achieved through punishment’s and instead what they end up doing to the child and empowering them with alternative thinking and more effective methods of achieving what they want to achieve.
Show the teachers the scientific evidence that this is harmful, so they know that if they use corporal punishment, it could be detrimental to a child and their future.
We can convince all teachers not to use corporal punishment by showing that that it is ineffective and can only worsen the child’s behaviour.
Showing teachers how corporal punishment can affect a child in the long run with actual proof might help. However, a better way would be showing them an environment where corporal punishment is not used and showing them the positive effects that it can have on children might be even more useful.
we must prove to them that corporal punishment is ineffective over the long-term and leads to negative outcomes. Moreover, studies show that spanking, hitting and other methods of causing pain to children can lead to antisocial behavior, physical injury, increased aggression, and mental health problems
We can present evidence to teachers in a factual and statistical manner, and also allow them to reflect and sympathize on how the teacher as a child would feel if corporal punishment was implemented by their school.
In my country (France), I believe that corporal punishment is strictly forbidden. I think that any kind of punishment should be actually forbidden including moral punishment, and any kind of pressure that can be put on children at school. Teachers should inspire children to give them the willing to learn.
The teachers should be told about teaching the children in a type of climate in which they feel calm and safe, also if they give corporal punishment to children ,strict action will be taken against the teachers.
No hay que convencerlos. Hay que prescindir de ese tipo de maestros.

We can do so by showing more modern or more alternative styles to teach students as each and every student is special in their own ways.
