  1. At night when all our school work is done and of our minds . But nature is probably the most powerful place to meditate you get a sense of connection that empowers you.

  2. in the early morning when everyone is asleep, after morning prayers. I am also more willing to meditate at this point. ENjoyable to focus on the silence or the birds

  3. I am not distracted in a quite room with some cold hair and good amount of fan so that i can meditate with that rhythym. I am most willing to meditate early in the morning so it helps me feel properly relaxed for the day. It is most enjoyable to focus on happy thoughts as that helps me be ready for medfitation and helps me meditate easily.

  4. I don’t think its the location that matters as much as one’s self of individualism in their environment. I know people who can meditate with as much ease in a crowded room as they can in absolute silence. Personally, I would meditate only when im trying to really dim the chaos, preferably before bed at night. Nature-based scenes usually help me zone out.
