How does practicing meditation make you feel differently? Do you think it’s worth the time to meditate?

  1. I definitely think we should take time out to do it as it grounds you although it can be difficult as life gets more and more stressful as you grow older. Although, that’s more reason to take some downtime and be mindful.

  2. Yes it is worththe time because we need to take a step back and self regulate and get back to naturak state as much as we can and mediation can help. Our engagements and interactions need to be more authentic and keep us calmer and happier. THese will all improve our health and body generally.

  3. Practicing meditation makes me feel differently as it helps me be more aware of the things around me and it helps me take complete focus of my life and how it always my body to relax.

  4. I’ve incorporated meditation and self-realization into my daily routine and it gives me the ability to check-in with myself at different parts of the day. This allows me to take myself from my present state of mind into a more relaxed, calmer and more aware state. As a student, theres a plethora of activities youre involved with apart from academia, so I usually spend a few minutes at random times of the day to check-in with myself, and then a 10 minute meditation routine to ease myself into sleep at night.
