I think powerful bodies could try to meddle with the powers of space and hence, this may be a great challenge for human beings. I think we can overcome this by building a deeper connection with earth and analyzing the relationship that humanity and the Earth share.

Mostly we face is the crime we do on earth. If we give the chance of issuing them the cosmic citizen ship then we will be taking a risk letting them to commit interstellar crimes. Before we give them we need to keep an third eye before and after issuing him the cosmic citizen ship.
